Refunds & Cancellations
- All bookings are non-refundable, non-transferable, or non-exchangeable.
- Online booking confirmations must be shown in print or on a smart device at the venue to access and all bookings must be exchanged for tickets or vouchers to enter the park.
- Online bookings do not include any retail or food and beverage items unless specifically listed.
- Online promotions cannot be combined with any other promotion or offer and can only be used for online bookings.

Details
- The bio-dome here is made up of four levels: the Canopy, the Midstory, the Forest Floor, and the Flooded Rainforest. Each level discusses the role and the importance every part of a rainforest plays. The Green Planet is an experience for the senses with creatures roaming around and waterfalls running strong.
- In 2022, the venue began an animal exchange program with Dubai Safari Park, allowing fascinating creatures to be safely moved to a new home. The initiative fosters the sharing of animal welfare information as well as conservation-focused breeding.

You are entitled to 4 hours of free parking at the underground City Walk mall parking with a minimum spend of AED 100 at The Green Planet. You will need to validate your token before exiting, each additional hour is charged at AED 20.
